Your Frequently asked questions.

1. What is included in "All-Inclusive"?

For all the details about our all-inclusive wedding packages please look at our packages guide. To summarize, your wedding experience will include: Exclusive use of our property, Venue coordinator, custom Florals, a custom Cake, Access to Decor Closet, Bridal Suite access, Groom Lounge access, Officiant (if needed), chairs, Tables, Linen, Dish and Glassware, Flatware, Security, Golf Cart Driver if applicable. Lighting, heaters, Tent or indoor option if rain is expected. Setup and Tear Down. There are bonus benefits for our higher packages and upgrades for most of these. Again review the pricing and packaging guide.

2. What will I need to Book?

You will need to book hair and makeup. You will also need to arrange for Alcohol by State Law, Any additional Decor, Photographer, Videographer, and Shuttle Bus. We can help recommend or arrange many of these.

3. Can I bring my own Alcohol?

According to state law we can not provide the alcohol. We do not have a corkage fee. We think it's stupid.

4. Do you allow outside vendors?

While we prefer using vendors we know and can vouch for, if there is a vendor that is important to you we also want to know them too. Any outside vendor must be pre-approved by Willowcreek, insured, and agree to our quality standards.

5. Do you offer a shuttle service?

We do not. We can help arrange that. We do offer onsite Golf cart driver for Larger groups.

6. What do I need to do to secure my date?

If your event is 8+ months out, you'll need to place a 25% down payment with another 25% due at the 8-month mark. If your event is less than 8-months out, you'll place a 50% down payment. Your final payment is due 60 days before your event. Please remember that all payments are non-refundable if you choose to cancel your event. We reserve the right to cancel your event if we don't receive your payment by your due dates.

7. Do you offer Payment Plans for weddings?

We are more than happy to arrange a personalized payment plan.

8. How many guest can I have?

Up to 125 people at our venue at this time. As we expand we will be able to accommodate more. Follow along on social media to see our latest updates.

9. Do we need to book the entire property?

There is a two night minimum required to stay overnight in the Manor. If you want to extend the experience by booking extra nights we encourage that and many people do to explore or spend time with their loved ones.

10. Can we have our Guests pay for their rooms?

As part of your all-inclusive wedding package, you are responsible for the reservation and payment for all our on-site accommodations. Any payments from your guests will have to be arranged directly with you.

11. What time is check - in and check - out for our wedding?

For those staying on property, check-in is at 5:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We do offer a late check out add on on if available.

12. What can I use for my send off?

You may use anything biodegradable, such as; bird seed, dried flowers, bubbles, sparklers. You may not use confetti or synthetic flowers or rice. Sparklers and fountains are allowed with pre-approval. Also the foam glow sticks or wands.

13. Do you have more accommodations available?

We do! We can actually accommodate 40+ guests on property. It does depend on availability. Inquire if you would like to know more.

14. What time is check - in and check - out for our wedding?

For those staying on property, check-in is at 5:00pm and check-out is 11:00am. We do offer a late check out add on on if available.

15. Is there a noise ordinance

We do have a noise ordinance. Keep noise levels within reasonable limits, especially during evening hours, to respect local noise regulations.

16. Do you allow Candles?

Yes we do, but they must be protected and secured with something like a hurricane lantern. If there is a fire restriction we would need to ban them. Our decor closet includes flameless candles if this was to occur.

17. Are you Pet Friendly?

Yes, however they are not allowed inside the venue, Manor, or cottages. Any damages or cleaning associated will be your responsibility. We also require a pet sitter - not a family or friend - if your pet is on premises.

18. What is the nearest airport?

Our closest airport is Greenville-Spartanburg Airport. It is 32 minutes away. The Asheville airport is 43 minutes away. And our closest major hub is the Charlotte Airport which is 1hr and 39 minutes away.


19. What is the Layout of the Property?

20 . Do you offer On-site Catering?

No we do not at this time. We do offer a small prep kitchen for caterers to work out of.


21. When will Rehearsal be? Also can we have a Rehearsal Dinner on Site?

Rehearsals will be the Thursday before your wedding. If there is more than one wedding that weekend they will be scheduled at different times.

A Rehearsal Dinner is an add on item for most packages. It can be included in the Weekend packages. Location of your Rehearsal Dinner is also up to you. We offer several options.



22. Can we have both our ceremony and reception at Willowcreek?

Yes. Willowcreek is designed to host both ceremonies and receptions on-site, offering flexibility for couples who want everything in one place.



23. What are the venue’s accessibility features (parking, ramps, restrooms) for guests with mobility needs?

Our Property is mostly accessible and great for guests that have mobility issues. Our property is mostly flat and the entire first main section of the house can be easily accessible. The Manor does not facilitate and overnight stay but we have other accommodations available that will. Inquire to learn more.
