You Willowcreek Experience
We invite you to begin with a tour of the estate — a chance to explore the spaces, take in the setting, and talk through your vision with our experienced coordinator. For out-of-town couples, we are also happy to offer virtual tours.
Enhance your wedding experience with curated amenities and thoughtful add-ons that bring your vision to life. From refined lighting and custom dance floors to access to our décor closet, specialty pieces, and trusted vendor recommendations, each detail is selected to feel both beautiful and personal.
At Willowcreek, every celebration begins with space to prepare well. For single-day events, access begins the morning of the wedding, allowing time for decorating, final touches, and a smooth start to the day. Weekend celebrations offer even more time on the estate, creating room to settle in, gather with your closest people, and ease into the experience more fully.
About a month before the wedding, we meet with each couple to walk through the details together so everything feels aligned and thoughtfully prepared. Rehearsals can also be held the Thursday before, when needed, giving the days leading up to the celebration a sense of calm structure and intention.
On the wedding day, our team is there behind the scenes to help everything unfold with ease. From vendor coordination to guest guidance and the flow of the day itself, each detail is thoughtfully supported so you can remain present for the moments that matter most.
At Willowcreek, the final moments of the evening are handled with the same care as everything that came before them. For couples staying on the estate, the night ends in the comfort of the Manor, while day-of celebrations are thoughtfully closed with our team overseeing venue teardown. Couples and vendors remain responsible for their personal items, allowing the evening to end with clarity, ease, and care.
